BH Transportation can manage your power only loads. These loads often referred to as no-touch loads, are a very common way of moving freight around the country. Power only loads means that we hook up our tractor to your pre-loaded trailer and move it to its destination. Some of our clients also schedule to have an empty trailer returned to their warehouse.
Power-only loads account for a majority of freight shipments that move each day. This is also one of the most cost-effective ways to move freight because all the driver has to do hook up the trailer and drive. There are no delays in waiting for the trailer to be loaded or unloaded.
Power-only loads generally use dry van trailers for moving products. This way, the product is kept secure in the enclosed trailer and protected from the elements until the receiver is ready to unload the truck. However, power only can be used with any type of trailer system.
